Financial Hardship Program

Rosalind Franklin University Health System's Financial Hardship Program (FHP) is available for eligible individuals who can demonstrate a genuine need for discounted medical care. If your FHP application is approved, you will receive a discount on the amount you pay for medical services for a set period of time, usually 12 months.

In order for your application to be considered, you must complete all required paperwork and submit all required financial documentation. Instructions for filling out and submitting your application can be found on the first page of the application.
